Had a great weekend camping. I had company both nights which keeps it from getting lonely. I like time to myself but needs some contact from the outside world. It's really nice at Grand Isle state park. I had a leanto on the lake. I also had my three man tent. It's on a 20 foot bluff, the access to the water is by a rope with knots for grips. It's cool going up and down the bluff. I played with a racquetball, bouncing it against the inside of the leanto. Anytime it gets by you it heads over the bank and into the drink. If you want to continue to play you have to fetch the ball. Also was able to ride the bike around the grounds..

Topic: But why another one?
Hi there gang....woops it's only me. Well it's been 8 days since the last entry. It appears that this will be a blog filled with thoughts on a work day...I did miss entries on two work days last week but we were a little out of control on those days. We'll see what developes these next couple of weeks and if this blog will continue or ever get shared.

Tip of the Day
Don't shoot a 40oz funnel of beer while sitting down. The shift of liquid when you get up is to much...head for the door, you'll blow. It's not worth the $5 your dumb ass buddy gives you for your heroics.

Bonus Tip, don't shoot Black Label, micro brews or anything high octane like XXX unless the party is a complete bust and sleep is the better alternative!

Hey now! The end is in site, long long day. The sox are getting killed 12-1, f*@king Yankees are only down 1 in the bottom of the 8th in the Rogers Center...just when did it become the Rogers Center??

My good week is just about here, every other week I get 5 out of 7 off.....yeah that's what I'm talking about. Up @ 5:00am tomorrow for rball, maybe a nap after and than do the meals on wheels gig. Softball tomorrow night, we're 1-1 in the tourny. We're drawing an easy team so we should be fine. Then we keep playing till we lose. Possible two games on Tuesday and if we continue to win the final game would be played a week from tomorrow.

No plans for the weekend, outside chance of one more camp out....we'll see. Maybe a team party on Sat., I'm guessing against it. It would be fun.

Topic: No Free Lunch?
Heading out for an "End of Summer" BBQ here at work. A free lunch? They have a monkey golf tourny going on as well....management is working on moral issues.

Will I get the veggie burger like I should? Yeah righty! These are daily struggles I endure.

Rainy day blues.....last day of the dreaded three 12's. Not into it all all, but starting to come round.

Sox win another close one. The pitching has come around the past couple of weeks. Even the bullpen seems to be hitting it's stride. Pappolbon (sp) has been doing very well in the set-up role. The hitting has been in an overall slump. Ortiz has been huge and Manny looks to be swinging the bat well again. Tech, Muellar, Nixon, Renteria and Miller have been slumping. Tired?

don't have the latest Audioslave, the first couple of singles sounded very good. Day 2 of the weekend three is done in about 30 minutes....
